PS Imbunya Visits Huduma Contact and Tele-Counselling Centre

Public Service and Human Capital Development Principal Secretary Dr. Jane Imbunya today visited the Huduma Contact and Tele-Counselling Centre (HCTC) at Teleposta Towers to assess its performance in delivering citizen services.
During the visit, Dr. Imbunya emphasized that the HCTC is a key component of the Huduma Kenya Programme, supporting a whole-of-government approach to citizen engagement.
She highlighted the Centre’s vital role in responding to public inquiries about government services and facilitating appointment bookings for visits to Huduma Centres across the country.
She further commended the Centre for its modern, state-of-the-art infrastructure and its commitment to accessible service delivery, particularly through its toll-free tele-counselling service, available via 1919.
Dr. Imbunya also visited the Huduma Centre located within Teleposta Towers, where she interacted with citizens and observed frontline service delivery operations.
The Principal Secretary was accompanied by Huduma Kenya CEO Mr. Ben Kai Chilumo and other senior officials from the organization.
