Huduma Kenya Service Delivery Programme (HKSDP) is a Kenya Vision 2030 Flagship Project established vide the Kenya Gazette Notice No. 2177 of 4th April, 2014. The Programme has the mandate to transform Public Service Delivery in order to ensure access to efficient, effective and citizen-centric services through One-Stop-Shop platforms. The Huduma Kenya Secretariat  coordinates and manages the day-to-day operations of the Programme. (Executive Order 2 of 2023).

The National Youth Service is a state agency under the Ministry of Public Service and Human Capital Development established by an Act of Parliament, (Cap 208). The broad mandate of the Service is to undertake training of members; commercialize production and services; and collaborate with stakeholders for furtherance of NYS functions.

Kenya School of Government is a statutory body established under KSG Act No. 9 of 2012 with the mandate to enhance knowledge, skills, and competencies of public officials and thereby transform the Public Service into an efficient, innovative, and expert agency in national leadership and management, policy making and implementation, delivery, and public engagement.

The Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) is a Statutory Professional body established under the Human Resource Management Professionals (HRMP) Act, No. 52 of 2012. Its mandate is to regulate the HR profession in Kenya, enhance competencies and capabilities while supporting innovative and transformative HR practices and standards.

The Human Resource Management Professionals Examinations Board (HRMPEB) is established in accordance with Section 16 of the Human Resource Management Professionals Act, No. 52 of 2012. The Examinations Board is mandated to develop curricula, examine and certify HR professionals. HRMPEB has been accredited by Kenya National Qualifications Authority (KNQA) as a Qualification Awarding Authority (QAI).
