Official opening of the recruits training.

Director General Mr. James K. Tembur, MBS, presided over the official opening of the Recruits Training Course No. 1/2024 at the Paramilitary Academy in Gilgil and NYSTTI-Naivasha. This event marks the recruits' introduction to paramilitary training, aimed at transforming them into disciplined and resilient brand ambassadors of the Service. The training focuses on instilling values like discipline, mindset change, teamwork, perseverance, and innovation, which distinguish NYS graduates from other institutions. The Director General encouraged the recruits to stay determined, reminding them that "winners never quit, and quitters never win."
