Launch of RRI for review of HR instruments in State Corporations

Principal Secretary, State Department for Public Service and Human Capital Development, Dr. Jane Kere Imbunya, delivered a keynote address during the launch of the Rapid Results Initiative (RRI) aimed at reviewing human resource instruments for state corporations. The event was held at the Kenya Institute of Curriculum Development (KICD) in Nairobi.

Dr. Imbunya noted that the RRI is a strategic intervention designed to fast-track the review, harmonisation, and approval of HR instruments across various ministries, departments, and agencies (MDAs). She affirmed that the initiative is in line with ongoing public sector reforms and demonstrates the government's commitment to enhancing efficiency and accountability in public service delivery.

She further stated that the Public Service Commission, in collaboration with the State Department for Public Service, has developed standardised guidelines to support MDAs and state corporations in developing and reviewing their HR instruments.
