Inaugural meeting for the selection panels of SRC,IPOA and CAJ

Today, I had the honor of presiding over the inaugural meeting of the Selection Panels tasked with selecting nominees for the positions of Chairpersons and Members of the Salaries and Remuneration Commission, Independent Policing Oversight Authority, National Gender and Equality Commission, and the Commission on Administrative Justice.

I express my appreciation to His Excellency the President for his timely appointment of these Panels, ensuring a smooth transition within our Commissions. I also extend my congratulations to all the appointed Panel Members.

You have the noble responsibility of nominating the most qualified candidates to uphold our democratic values, protect the sovereignty of the people, and promote constitutionalism. I urge you to perform your duties with integrity, professionalism, and strict adherence to the Constitution and relevant laws.
