Hon JB. Muturi CS Public Service visits Huduma centre Kilifi

As part of his extended working tour of the Coast, the Cabinet Secretary Hon. Justin B. Muturi visited Huduma Center Kilifi to assess the center’s performance in delivering essential services to the public.
During the visit, the Chief Executive Officer Huduma Kenya Mr. Ben Kai while addressing the dedicated staff, proudly shared that Huduma Center Kilifi had achieved an impressive 94% in both efficient service delivery and customer satisfaction, a testament to the hard work and commitment of the team. He encouraged staff to continue offering services with a smile which gives customer positive impression of efficient service.
The Principal Secretary Ministry of Public Service Mr. Amos Gathecha , speaking to the staff, outlined the government’s continued efforts to bring Huduma services closer to the people. He announced that funding had been secured to establish new Huduma centers in neighbouring constituencies Ganze, Kaloleni, and Malindi, a move that aligns with the government’s vision of expanding access to essential services in rural areas under the Huduma Mashinani initiative.
The Cabinet Secretary was impressed with the level of service delivery in Kilifi and reinforced the importance of inter-agency collaboration, emphasising that partnerships between Huduma Centers, the Kenya School of Government (KSG), and the National Government Administration Officers (NGAO) will continue to be key in driving service delivery to even greater heights. Through these efforts, the government is determined to ensure that no citizen, regardless of location is left behind in accessing vital services.
