CS at Huduma Centre Mombasa to assess Service Delivery

Hon. Justin B. Muturi accompanied by PS Public Service Mr Amos Gathecha arrived at Huduma Centre Mombasa, in continuation with his nationwide working  tour to assess the level of public service delivery in Huduma Centres. With a focus on efficiency and citizen satisfaction his hands-on evaluation aim to streamline operations and elevate service standards of Huduma Centres across the Country. So far, CS has visited Huduma Centres in Nairobi, Kisumu, and now Mombasa, reinforcing the government's commitment to improved and accessible service delivery to all Kenyans.
The Cabinet Secretary expressed his deep appreciation for the exceptional outreach programs that Huduma staff are providing to local communities, aimed at enhancing the level of service delivery. He emphasised that treating customers with a smile ensures they leave with a smile.
The provision of a crèche at the centre, catering for the needs of lactating mothers, was recognised as an impressive and thoughtful innovation. Additionally, the CS encouraged continued collaboration between the National Youth Service (NYS), Huduma, and the National Government Administration officers to ensure unemployed youth are empowered to make informed, impactful decisions on their futures.
In his closing remarks, the CS inspired Huduma staff to continue their remarkable efforts in transforming lives, urging them to maintain their dedication to excellence. He emphasised that their commitment to customer satisfaction is key to driving impactful and efficient government service delivery to Kenyans.
