Collect your documents at Huduma Centres, Kenyans urged

Effective and efficient service delivery is essential to the success of any government. It enhances citizen satisfaction and builds trust in public institutions. By providing accessible, timely, and high-quality services, we can better meet the diverse needs of our population.

Principal Secretary State Department for Public Service and Human Capital Development, Dr. Jane Kere Imbunya, toured the Makadara Huduma Centre in Nairobi. During the visit, she engaged with members of the public seeking various services to gather firsthand feedback on their experiences. She emphasized that understanding the challenges faced by citizens is key to identifying improvements that will further enhance service delivery.

A notable observation during the tour was the large number of uncollected documents, particularly National Identity Cards, lying at the One-Stop Shop.

Dr. Imbunya urged Kenyans who have applied for various documents to visit their nearest Huduma Centre and collect them, noting that timely collection ensures access to vital government services.
