HR Professionals to Convene in Mombasa for the 11th Annual National HRM Congress

The Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) is set to host its 11th Annual National Human Resource Management Congress from 27th to 30th May 2025 at Sarova Whitesands Beach Resort in Mombasa. This year's congress will run under the theme: “Reimagining HR: Navigating Strategy, People & Technology.”

The event will bring together HR practitioners, policymakers, and thought leaders from across the country to explore innovative approaches to managing human capital in a dynamic business environment. Participants will engage in discussions on aligning HR strategy with technological advancement and workforce development.

Dr. Jane Kere Imbunya, Principal Secretary for the State Department for Public Service and Human Capital Development, will be a key speaker at the event.

Attendance at the congress earns participants 6 CPD (Continuing Professional Development) points.
