Public Participation Exercise on Human Resource Management and Development Bill 2024 held in Machakos County.

The ongoing countrywide public participation exercise on the Public Service Human Resource Management and Development Bill, 2024 and the Training Revolving Fund Regulations, 2024 took place on Monday 4th 2024  at the Machakos International Convention Center, Machakos County.

The bill seeks to provide an over-arching framework to enhance human resource management and development in the country.

During the exercise, participants drawn from the counties of Kajiado, Machakos, Makueni, Kitui, Kiambu & Nairobi gave their views for incorporation.

In attendance was the Kitui County Commissioner Mr. Kipchumba Rutto, amongst other key stakeholders. The public participation exercise continues  in the counties of Mombasa, Kisumu and Kisii.
