The Principal Secretary Mr. Amos Gathecha EBS visited Huduma Centre Mombasa to assess the level of service delivery.

The Principal Secretary, State Department of Public Service ,  Mr. Amos Gathecha EBS earlier today visited Huduma Centre Mombasa to assess the level of service delivery.
During the visit, Mr Gathecha commended the staff for their outstaneing service delivery and directed Huduma Kenya Secretariat to initiate and implement a comprehensive service excellence program within the public sector.
Furthermore, the Principal Secretary emphasized the importance of adhering to the core values of Huduma, which encompass courtesy, innovation, integrity, transparency, and passion. He underscored the significance of upholding these values while providing services to the citizens.
