Opening ceremony of the Strategic Plan 2024-2028.

Failing to plan is planning to fail.
Today, State Department for Public Service Principal Secretary Mr Amos Gathecha presided over the opening ceremony of the Strategic Plan 2024-2028 at the Kenya School of Government Embu Campus.
In his opening remarks, the PS said that for any organization to succeed, it must have a clear roadmap, vision, mission, and implementation matrix to achieve the desired results.
"What gets measured gets done, and therefore this retreat is timely so that we can align our strategic plan with the Bottom Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA) and the Vision 2030," said Mr. Gathecha.
The retreat is being attended by Heads of Department and technical officers from the State Department for Public Service.
