This morning, PS State Department for Public Service Mr Amos Gathecha received a delegation from the Korean International Cooperation Agency (KOICA), led by Director Mr. Janghee Im, for a consultative briefing aimed at deepening the collaboration between Kenya and Korea in technical assistance, training, and capacity development within the public service. Mr. Janghee expressed appreciation for the State Department's efficient and impartial management of scholarship programs, underscoring the importance of such partnerships.The Principal Secretary commended the Korean Government for its steadfast technical support in advancing human capital development within Kenya’s key priority sectors. He emphasized the need for further collaboration, particularly in areas such as water technology, agriculture, productivity, and mindset transformation, to drive the nation's growth and innovation. In attendance, were the Secretary HRD, Mr. David Njoroge, and Director HRD, Mr. Stephen Wambua, underscoring the shared commitment to fostering these vital partnerships.
