Consultative session with IHRM and HRMPEB

CONSULTATIVE SESSION WITH THE INSTITUTE OF HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT (IHRM) AND HUMAN RESOURCE MANAGEMENT PROFESSIONALS EXAMINATION BOARD ( HRMPEB)
I held a consultative meeting today with the board members and management teams from the Institute of Human Resource Management (IHRM) and the Human Resource Management Professionals Examination Board (HRMPEB) as part of our ongoing efforts to strengthen human resource development programs for the public service. 
We discussed strategic ways to work together to enhance service delivery and uphold the highest professional standards within the public sector. 
Our shared commitment is to ensure that human resource management remains a key driver of efficiency and accountability. 
I am confident that through these partnerships, we will continue to build a more professional, effective, ethical and responsive public service as we serve Mwananchi.
