APSD 2024 National Celebrations brought together partipants from Ministries Departments and Agencies to showcase their innovations. In his keynote address at the 2024 Africa Public Service Day (APSD) National Celebrations, at KSG Kabete, the Principal Secretary, State Department for Public Service Mr. Amos Gathecha highlighted the theme, "Building a Resilient Education System: The Foundation for a Future Public Service as a Catalyst for Revitalizing the Economy." This theme aligns with the Bottom-Up Economic Transformation Agenda (BETA), which emphasizes education's role in creating an inclusive society and fostering economic growth. The PS stressed the need for innovation and skilled public servants to drive economic development and improve living standards. He urged participants to learn, share knowledge, and adopt best practices to enhance service delivery, noting that improving citizens' standards of living is a noble duty for public servants.
