The 10th Annual HR Congress.

In a remarkable convergence of minds and a celebration of excellence, The Principal Secretary, State Department for Public Service  Mr Amos Gathecha   today morning presided over the 10th Annual HR Congress hosted by the Institute of Human Resource Management  (IHRM)- Kenya. This prestigious event which took place at the Sarova Whitesands- Mombasa County brought together HR professionals and leaders in Human Resource Management across the Country. The congress underscores the critical role of HR professionals in shaping the workforce and contributing to organizational and national success. While addressing the HR professionals, the PS reaffirmed the government's commitment to supporting IHRM and the HR profession to ensure adherence to professionalism. He urged all HR professionals to maintain good standing membership with IHRM and ensure all practicing HR  in Kenya are members, so as to implement HR practices and policies collectively within uniform norms and standards as stipulated in the HRMP Act, 2012. Through this shared commitment, the HR community can drive forward with a cohesive and professional HR Landscape nationwide.
