The interviews form a key stage of the recruitment process and provided an opportunity for the Panel to evaluate candidates’ qualifications, experience, leadership capabilities, and overall suitability for appointment to the Commission.

The Selection Panel reiterated its commitment to a transparent, fair, accountable, and inclusive process, guided by the principles of merit, integrity, and equal opportunity, to ensure the identification of the most qualified candidates for nomination.

The ongoing recruitment exercise seeks to strengthen governance and strategic leadership within the education sector by recommending individuals who possess the professionalism, expertise, and commitment required to support the Teachers Service Commission in the effective delivery of its mandate.
