PS Imbunya Mentors Young Civil Servants

Principal Secretary for Public Service and Human Capital Development, Prof. Jane Kere Imbunya, today held a mentorship session with young civil servants at the Public Service Club.

The session, themed “Mentorship, Engagement and Empowerment of Young Officers for Effective Public Service,” provided an opportunity for the young officers to engage with the Principal Secretary, gain insights from her experience and reflect on their role in strengthening public service.

Prof. Imbunya encouraged the young officers to embrace continuous learning, professionalism, integrity and excellence as they build their careers and contribute to effective service delivery.
