PS IMBUNYA LEADS WEEKLY PERFORMANCE REVIEW MEETING

Principal Secretary Dr. Jane Imbunya  chaired a consultative meeting with Heads of Departments, Huduma Secretariat officials, and senior government officers from her State Department.

The weekly consultative meetings provide a platform for departmental heads to present their performance targets, review progress made, and outline planned activities for the coming week. Each department highlights its achievements, ongoing initiatives, and strategies to address any challenges encountered in service delivery.

These sessions are part of the department’s deliberate efforts to enhance performance management and promote a citizen-centric approach.
